Compression and Morton's Neuroma

I started with knee high 20-30 compression socks and now due to venous insufficiencies, and a small blood clot last year, I have to wear thigh highs.

My question is this: has anyone solved the issue of these compressing your feet and aggravating a morton's neuroma? My feet hurt so much.

My podiatrist suggested I cut the tight toe band off my "toe-less" thigh highs but these still bother my forefoot pain, and they roll under socks. The compression knee high socks are so much better but they don't go high enough now.

Anyone have options if they have the same issue?

Help Replacing Adrenaline GTS22 - 25s didn't work

I have worn adrenaline gts forever and need help. The 25s caused inside knee pain and my legs are still aching weeks after trying them for only 3 hours. I have a number of issues with my feet but adrenaline gts were always recommended for my eds/hypermobility. The 25s are too soft and my leg muscles tightened up trying to keep my body balanced (sounds nutty to those who don't have this condition but it happens).

I can't make too many changes at once so dropping from a 12mm too drastically would also cause problems - I have to change slowly. Maybe a 10mm with minimal cushioning suggestions or even 12mm? Older models of anything are tough to find and my head is spinning.

Anyone have success and ideas?
