Why did you do it and what is the regret now?

EDIT: This subreddit is a place to discuss the difficult or negative emotions that can come with being circumcised without your consent as an infant, as well as regretting a decision to be circumcised as an adult.

I’ve noticed that discussions involving the latter experience can sometimes become dismissive or hostile, particularly when people who were circumcised as infants respond from the perspective of their own experiences. I understand that those experiences are also important, but that isn’t what I’m hoping to discuss in this particular thread.

For this post, I’d really appreciate hearing specifically from people who chose to be circumcised as adults. If you regretted that decision, or even if you had mixed feelings about it, what was your experience?

I’d also politely ask people who were not circumcised by choice as adults to refrain from answering this particular question. My hope is to give adults who are currently uncircumcised and considering circumcision a chance to hear directly from people who made that same decision themselves.

I've been taking it for anxiety couple of times a week when I feel particularly anxious and can't say I noticed any relief. Maybe it's too subtle. Does selank need to be taken daily so it can build up be in the body like some other peptides?

Another question, should I make a nasal spray? Where can I learn about preparing my own nasal spray solution?

Hi everyone,

My wife and I will be visiting Athens, Greece soon and are curious about checking out a lifestyle/swingers club for the first time.

We’re complete newbies, and we’ve already agreed that on our first visit we won’t play with or touch anyone else. We just want to experience the atmosphere, have a few drinks, watch, socialize a little, and see how comfortable we feel.

Can anyone recommend a good, respectful, beginner-friendly lifestyle club in Athens? Ideally somewhere where a couple can visit without feeling pressured to participate in anything or take their clothes off. 

We’d also appreciate any advice on etiquette, dress code, best nights to go, and what first-timers should know.

EDIT: to people suggesting lottery and betting, the question says "higher than average" risk tolerance which means 6-8 on a scale of 10. While lottery/betting is pure 10.
