Anyone know of a cheap VPS that has Port 25 open for outbound or can be requested AND allows to be used for a personal Email verification tool? For some they can open it or have it already open but still say their terms don't allow what I'm asking for, which is just the quick email verification SMTP conversation with the provider.

I have a client closing on a commercial property and the lender is in need of a policy. I'm using to doing personal home insurance where the carrier had a Replacement Cost Estimator for the building. But with all Commercial carriers I've quoted with so far they don't have an agent facing RCE.
I've heard people use things like Swiftestimator.com? Any free or low cost alternatives? Or how do you guys usually handle this?
So I started using these Clorox toilet tablets for inside the tank and I can't explain how well they've cleaned the heck out of my toilet bowl. There was some serious dark iron buildup at the bottom of the bowl from previous owners who I guess never cleaned it that it got rid of so easily.
However, I have noticed some slight fraying of the O ring on the inside of the tank which I understand is caused by the tablet. I'd like to still use these tablets somehow. Yes I'm aware of the Fluidmaster product that sends bleach down the overflow so it doesn't sit in the tank but that still hits the overflow tube every day.
Would there be a way to bleach or chemical proof the tank so that I could continue using the tablets without fear that it will erode all the parts?
I'm thinking of converting from toilet paper to bidet but one thing that's preventing me is the idea that the water will splash feces in other places. With toilet paper you have control, and you keep wiping until the paper is white. With the bidet yes the water will clean more but can't help but think the water will splash feces elsewhere, like under the bowl or by the nozzle, or up your leg or genital area. No control!

It's happened. Website after website I visit have the same look of most likely Claude AI having done it. Where do people think it will go from here?
Edit: I'm thinking larger companies with continue to employ real web designers in order to get that distinct human feel of the website whereas smaller companies that can't afford a web designer will use the heck out of AI and all small business websites will look the same because of it.
