p.s.  It's 100° F (37° C), and there's a thunderstorm in the area.  It looks like people are being asked to leave the area where a stage is set up for Trump to speak.  That seating area is at the bottom center below, and had been starting to fill in.

For those of you not in the US: It's our July 4 - Independence Day. Typically, across the country, there are fireworks at ~9pm. I live near Washington, DC. The fireworks in "DC" will be about 10:30 pm today (3 hours from now), and allegedly the biggest ever. If you wanna watch, see links below.

The classic view of the fireworks would include at least the Washington Monument, like this.
