Started GLOW stack this week took my 4th injection last night before bed. I got 7-8hrs of sleep each of the nights. Normal routine all week work 9-5 and gym after. I’m the type of person that when I wake up it’s like someone hit the on switch I’m just ready to go. This week though by 10am I’m yawning like crazy and feel like I need a nap. 😴
Edit: I’m also on Tirzepatide but keep my macros aligned and don’t usually have fatigue unless my calories are coming up short for the day and they are not.
