I am aware that this question has been answered a few times and everyone’s responses/situations are different.

But I am currently at 90% and wanting to file for an increase on my DDD in my lower back which is at 20%. Also wanting to file for an increase to my sciatica and radiculopathy in both of my legs which are a secondary to my DDD. They have gotten worse over the past few years and I have personal statements and lay statements that explain my situation.

How do I go about filing for an increase myself? Along with submitting my lay & personal statements?

Well I finally got my 90 day notice for the repayment plan. I will most definitely be waiting this out until November or so when the 90 days are up. I am currently going through a job transition so not a lot of income is being made to what my 2025 taxes were.

Am I able to ask for a forbearance while I am still working or do I need to be unemployed for that to happen? If so, how long is a forbearance period good for?

I am new to Rakuten and still navigating the waters but I have an idea of everything. Quick question…

I am receiving Amex MR points for every purchase and wondering if I make a travel purchase through Rakuten, am I able to still get 3x points with my Amex Green card along with whatever the amount is on Rakuten as well?

For example… If I book a Marriott hotel through Rakuten for 3x points, using my Amex Green card for 3x points, will I eventually get the 6x MR points?

29M and trying to become more financially stable and secure in for my future self. I am still new to investing so feel free to give me some advice and suggestions!

I am currently maxing out my Roth with 100% VT while also trying to put about $5k a year in a brokerage with 100% VT as well.

I also have about $20k in my TSP account that is in the L Fund 2060. I match my employer’s 5% but will probably increase my contributions soon.

I am an investor that likes to set it and forget it (possibly adjust here and there). I am a slow grinder and in no rush for anything. Actually have been loving the process of learning more about finances and investing.
