Would love your thoughts on this product ad edit

Just finished editing this ad for DistilBook.

The goal was to make the product easy to understand while keeping the visuals engaging.

Would love to hear your honest feedback. What works, and what would you improve?

Be Honest, Did This Hook Work?

I spend a lot of time trying to make the first few seconds as engaging as possible.

This is a hook I recently edited, and I'm curious how it feels to someone seeing it for the first time.

Did it catch your attention? If not, where do you think it lost you?

I'd genuinely appreciate any honest feedback.

Why Are Guys Ignored Here?

Has anyone else noticed this?

A girl can post almost anything and get tons of comments and support. But a guy can make a genuine post, ask for advice, or talk about his problems, and it often gets little to no engagement.

I'm not saying women don't deserve support—they absolutely do. I just think men deserve the same energy too.

Sometimes it feels like people care more about who's posting than what's being posted.

Video editors, where do you find your visuals?

I spend way too much time searching for stock footage, icons, and motion graphics for my videos. Looking for some new websites and hidden gems to speed up my workflow.

Any recommendations? 👇🎬
