Boas, tenho uma duvida. Quando a polícia municipal multa um veículo por estacionamento e coloca o papel no vidro...caso o papel voe, se estrague, alguem o agarre...enfim caso o papel se estravie como é que o condutor sabe que foi multado? A polícia municipal é obrigada a enviar uma multa para casa do titular do veículo? Obrigado

So as the title says i've acquired 2nd handed msi gs66 laptop with i7 10th cpu, 32 gb of ram and an 3080 rtx 16 gb of ram.

My question is, the laptop run's so hot that i'm going to repaste it. I have already k5 pro putty to change the thermal pads inside (at least i think it have some) and for the cpu and gpu i have thermal grizzly kryosheet.

Do you think it Will work, do you suggest to change one of this options??
