If I give exam on 15 july will I get my marksheet online in digilocker till mid September??????

So basically I've done my 12th from cbse board through pcb stream and I have given nios maths on demand exam of 12th but I failed in my on demand examination.....now I want admission in btech (ECE branch) and I've one way that I tell the college or university that I've given examination and results are coming till aug end and give them an application....and actually I can give exam on 15 july and it's result will be out in mid sep and marksheet will be available to me till 20-25 sep so do you think till then college already send documents to university for verification and they will cancel my admission???? And (the college's one of the trustee is boss of my uncle will this help me)

Next option is that I can leave this risk and take admission in bca simply without any mess....

Suggest me what should I do the college I want to take admission in btech ece is mait and bca toh I'll do from any prvt college....so help me out and give your suggestions pls as fast as you can I want to reach more people
