unique pair of 512s

this (and another 512 in dark indigo) have features my other levi's dont have have.

  1. the rivet on the right front pocket has a leaf fern icon thing stamped on it.

  2. the other rivets don't have LS&CO. stamped on them.

  3. SANFRANCISCO.CAL label inside the waistband

  4. leather patch instead of paper-like material on my other pairs.

I've attached the pics of one of the lighter one, including the labels. the QR code reads: 101643603502174505. interestingly, this pair also has the blank red tab! (the other indigo one has a normal tab)

can y'all help me ID this?

durable and comfortable sneaker suggestions

hey all!
i'm looking for sneakers for daily wear. they will be put to rough use and will be worn all day, so they need to be durable and comfortable. (preferably, available in an all black colorway)

preferred brands: adidas, nike, asics. i have my doubts on puma's durability, in my own experience. looking for shoes similar to the adidas runfalcon 5. (segment and design wise)

please suggest models and where to get them legit for the best price :)

question on crop

https://preview.redd.it/3n2b5hieln9h1.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d577ee1f5e419368e577091b8ba8e4489a90b0c0

I WILL NOT BE UPLOADING THIS PICTURE TO JP. (i don't even know the reg.)

this picture was shot through an airport window in overcast conditions. i just want to know if this type of crop is acceptable or if it needs to be tighter, or the jet should be framed differently, etc. so that i can try this kind of shot next time! (and also does cutting off the ground handler's legs pose a problem?)

hey guys.

my city (chennai) has been scorching for the past few days. and it's not just us feeling the heat...

it's the cockroaches too.

they live in the drain pipes but during hot and humid times like this they crawl out and live with us. the ones in my apartment are about 3cm long, dark brown heads and light brown bodies. the big american cockroaches are rarer (only saw a single huge one in the bathroom recently)

recently i have noticed a huge influx of these pests in my apartment. and most of them are in the worst possible place: the kitchen.

during the day, they are invisible. but as soon as the lights are switched off and everyone retreats into the bedroom, they arise. every time i turn on the kitchen light i can count at least 8 of them (who knows how many more i cannot see) in places where we keep fruits, glasses, plates, etc.

these cockroaches are a huge concern of mine, especially since they are in the kitchen, and can easily spread diseases. i would like to know how to deal with them properly and exterminate the whole colony.

thanks!
