Bought these Carve Jeans for my wifi, the comments said it ran big but I still bought it her normal size, so if they end up too big would drying them in dryer shrink them or should I have them tailored? Can these get fades if not washed? Would fades ruin the premium look? Thanks for the advice

whats up!! picked up these all white levis at a thrift store for like 5 bucks to try and restore them but the soles had this weird fuzzy shit that would NOT come off. spent a good 30 minutes with a hard bristle brush, sandpaper and even a razor to shave it off. is it a part of the shoe?? or am i cooked??

Hi all, apologies if I'm not posting this in the right/best place (please do point me in the right direction if that is the case).

I recently picked up the pictured blanket-lined Type 1 for a decent price.

The seller said it was an LVC piece that they had had sitting around for 10+ years and was from a period when all LVC denim was Cone Mills. They also said the button codes showed it was made in Turkey.

Admittedly, I know nothing and I am quite happy with the jacket for the price, whatever it is. However, I would like to know what exactly it is, if possible, and after searching online for a good while I haven't been able to find anything about this particular jacket...I was under the impression that at least most Cone Mills selvedge was red-line, which this doesn't appear to be? I also haven't been able to line up the button codes with any Turkish factories (the code looks like 192).

New to vintage Levi’s and today I found this set of jacket and pants at the thrift store. I did a bit of research and apparently it’s from around the 70’s, but just want to make sure:)

Hi! Looking for some help IDing this pair. Looks like selvedge to me? Seller claims there's no other tags on the jeans besides what's in the pictures. The factory code is hard to read, maybe 581?

Inclined to think these aren't truly vintage but perhaps a repro? I have limited knowledge of vintage Levi's but even more limited knowledge of modern lol

Is it possible they are not authentic?
