Rancher coat at Macys
Anybody own this coat and have any thoughts on it? How it fits, overall construction quality, etc. All of the reviews on Macy’s are promo reviews.

Extra 50% off at checkout
Maybe it’s just me but I find this very confusing. An extra 50% off at checkout means that whatever the current price is you take 50% off of.
This is not happening for either one of these items. Then I thought to myself, maybe they’re saying it’s already 50% off? That doesn’t make any sense because the markdown price isn’t 50% of the original price. So where is this extra 50% off they speak of?

Green toppings
Somebody asked for an all green pizza during the pet event. I’m guessing it is pesto, bell peppers, basil, jalapeños, avocados, zucchini, and artichokes.
I made it and she said it was gross. Is it because I didn’t add cheese? Or is the game messing with me and one of these green fruits and vegetables aren’t considered green in the game?
Asking “what” does not give a detailed list of ingredients. She just simply explains how much she wants in all green pizza made with green toppings.

Bonfyre Fest 26 is stressing me out!
It started off very nicely. Generally able to figure out most recipes and really enjoying it. But then I started running into the impossible to pass recipes. Yes, I’m playing on Apple Arcade. Love this game, dislike these bugs. Thank you to those wonderful people who have been posting the proper recipes to get around the bugs!

Jeans that don't sag in the crotch
It seems like all the jeans I buy or try the rise is way too low. I'm generally a 46w but I have to buy 28L jeans. And the crotch always hangs down halfway to my knee caps. I wear my pants at the waste....or at least where they're comfortable and I don't look like my grandpa. Any suggestions on brands/model jeans that I can try?
I'm 5'10", 240lbs with a flatter butt and thicker thighs.

Community Laundry room protocol
Where I live, there is one laundry room shared by approximately 20 families give or take. There are three washers and three dryers. There is a posting of laundry room rules. One of the rules states that you must, in a timely fashion remove your laundry from the washers and dryers so others can use the machines.
I have been down there and I’ve seen people leave their laundry well past the washing and drying cycles. I mean several hours, which means no one else can use the machines.
What do you think the social protocol is for this? Do I wait an hour and move their clothes for them? Or is there a no Touch rule in place in these situations?

For Science Sole Conditioning
So I recently heard that leather honey was originally used effectively for postal worker boots, in particular to protect the soles. The story is that it doubled the life or more of leather soles. I decided I would give it a go on my new 1000 mile boots. One photo is showing before and after one application of leather honey. The other photo is both boots completed. I’m basically using the same directions as Saphir provides when applying their Sole Guard product. Use sparingly and allow one hour to dry before applying a second coat if needed. They also recommend following up with another application every 3 to 6 months. I’m going to wait and see how this first application soaks in before deciding if another coat is needed. Unfortunately, I won’t really know if this was a success for at least another year. I rotate boots regularly and these probably won’t get worn more than twice a week and even then it will be to the office where it is mostly carpeted floors. However, they will see winter conditions, including snow and salt.

Removing silver sharpie marks
I have a pair of black boots that have silver sharpie marks on them. I am not sure of the exact leather type, but it is a smooth leather. Any ideas on the best way to approach removing the marks? It looks like the marks are from one of those metallic sharpie pens.

Was wondering if anybody could help me figure out a manufacturing date for these Nacona boots. Bonus points for a model name as well.
There is also a tag that says made in Mexico if that helps date them.

What CF Stead says about Rambler leather care
I emailed CF Stead and asked what they suggested when it comes to caring for Rambler leather boots like my Thursday Challengers in Stone Rambler. Here's their reply: "Enjoy your Thursday Boots. Any natural (not coloured) wax, dubbin, mink oil etc should be fine."
You have to love simple to care for leather.

My new CF Stead Stone Rambler Challenger boots
Just received these today. Straight out of the box and photo time. Thought I would share them with ya'll. As well as give a couple of initial thoughts.
These are the first Rambler leather boots I've owned and no doubt will need some break in time. Out of the box they fit incredibly well. For those wondering, I own a pair of Captains in size 10.5D but went with Thursday's recommendation of going down a 1/2 size with these Challengers and got them in a 10D. Thanks for that recommendation Thursday, you were spot on! One other thing, thank goodness they come with pull up straps otherwise they would be a challenge getting on.
This CF Stead Rambler leather is crazy. It's a very unique looking leather but also has a different smell to it. Not a bad smell...just different than that classic leather smell. They also came with 2 additional sets of laces. A very nice leather lace and a quality Kevlar woven lace. I believe they are a duplicate of what comes already laced on the boot. Iron Ranger fitting
I typically wear a 10.5 (sometimes 11) in sneakers. My 1000 Mile boots are a 10.5D and my Thursday Captains are a 10.5D. I went into the RW store and the salesman immediately put me in a 10D. The right was pretty snug but length was good. The left foot was way too tight. Like numb my toes tight. The salesman said he would then put me in a 9.5 Wide but sadly they didn't have that in stock to try on.
Does this sizing seem about normal for you IR owners? Cuz I'm not sure I trust it. We're talking a full size down from my other boots and a wide instead of my normal D width.
