Very flexible in hips but no flexibility in hamstrings

Hello everyone! I just want recommendations about what stretches/exercises I can do to improve my hamstring flexibility?

I am very flexible in my hips. I can do the pose in the first picture easily and feel comfortable in it too. I can even wrap my legs behind my head (nothing weird, I've just been able to do that since childhood, lol).

However, when it comes to trying to lean forward with my legs open, I am stiff as a rock. I can't even get close to touching my feet. I think if I fix that issue, I'll be overall a flexible person, and that's definitely the goal!

How Relevant Is Lender-Side Credit Restructuring for RX IB?

I'm interested in RX IB or RX consulting, and that's what I'd ideally like to pursue after graduation. I currently have an opportunity to do an internship in distressed/non-performing corporate credit restructuring at a lender bank.

My initial thought was that this would be the most relevant experience I could get, since I haven't been able to land an RX IB or RX consulting internship. However, after researching the role, it seems like lender-side restructuring can be quite different from advising distressed companies. From what I've read, the work mainly focuses on renegotiating loan terms, monitoring troubled credits, and maximizing recovery for the bank rather than advising the company on its broader financial situation (but maybe even maximizing recovery for the bank is valuable and relevant). I've also seen some people describe these roles as more middle/back office, although I'm not sure how accurate that is.

For someone ultimately targeting RX IB or RX consulting, how relevant would this internship be? Would I be better off taking a more traditional IB, PE, or PC internship if I had those options?

▲ 2 r/acne

I (18m) have mild hormonal acne (mostly on my chin and sometimes along my jawline). I can go weeks without a single pimple (I’ve been using Epiduo for a few months and that helped), but as soon as I consume dairy, peanut butter, energy drinks, or alc*hol, I wake up with at least 3-5 pimples over the next few days.

I do avoid these triggers, but I’ve been wondering: since my acne seems so specifically triggered by certain foods and drinks, could it be related to gut health? Is there something I could take to help reduce the severity of breakouts? I’ll keep avoiding those triggers, of course.
