Hey guys!
I just received the stream allocation after successfully qualifying my generic training.
The stream I got is .Net Angular Full stack
I have no idea about the stream and concepts
I would be grateful if anyone of you or any seniors give their honest opinion on this.

Thank you!

Got selected for SE role at infosys. How hard is the Generic, FA1 and FA2 exam to clear at infosys mysore campus during training?

Hey guys. I got selected for the SE role at Infosys, and the training will start after my final year. Is clearing the FA1 exam hard? Tbh, I'm bad at coding. Will the training they give be enough to clear the test?

I have to learn Java in advance so I don't fall behind others.
Can y’ll suggest a good choice for someone like me?

Please kindly help me. 🙏🥺

Infosys SE vs Capgemini Analyst A4 (Fresher) — Join Infosys now or wait for Capgemini onboarding? Need honest advice

I’ve received a DOJ from Infosys for the SE role with joining on 15 June. During onboarding/training, it was mentioned that leaving in the middle of training may require paying around ₹1 lakh.

At the same time, I also have an offer from Capgemini for the Analyst A4 role, but I’m hearing from many people that onboarding is getting delayed till September or even later in some cases.

Since both are service-based companies, Capgemini seems slightly better in terms of CTC/package comparison, which is making this decision even more confusing for me as a fresher.

Another thing I’m not fully clear about is what exactly freshers usually work on in these roles after getting full-time projects/FTE allocation in both Infosys and Capgemini.

I would really appreciate if someone could explain the actual work, project exposure, tech stack, learning opportunities, and career growth in both roles.

Also, Infosys mentioned that the probation period is 18 months from the DOJ, which honestly feels quite long compared to the general market range for freshers.

So right now I’m genuinely confused about whether I should:

\- Join Infosys immediately for stability and confirmed onboarding ?
OR
\- Wait for Capgemini Analyst A4 onboarding despite the uncertainty and delays ?

My questions for people already working in these companies or recently onboarded:

\- Are Capgemini Analyst A4 onboardings currently getting delayed a lot?
\- Is waiting for Capgemini actually worth the risk compared to joining Infosys now?
\- What kind of work do freshers usually get in Infosys SE and Capgemini Analyst A4 roles after training?
\- Which company offers better learning, project quality, work culture, and long-term growth for freshers?
\- Does the 18-month probation at Infosys practically affect switching opportunities or career growth?

If you were in my position, what would you choose and why?

Would really appreciate honest advice from people who have experienced similar situations or are currently working in either of these companies.
Thanks in advance! 🙏
