looking for an ocean-swim setup in Long Beach

My wife and I are moving from the Bay Area to Long Beach, and I’m hoping to find a good place near the ocean where I can swim and then rinse off or clean up afterward.

I currently swim year-round in the bay, and in San Francisco I use the Dolphin Club at Aquatic Park. It has lockers and showers, and a really convenient setup for warming up and changing after a cold-water swim. Is there anything similar around Long Beach or Seal Beach? It doesn’t have to be an actual swim club—a nearby gym, health club within a couple blocks of the beach, beach club, locker room, or even a reliable outdoor shower setup would be great.

Any recommendations from local swimmers would be much appreciated.

One week since TKR surgery

So far so good. M 63 years old. 250lbs. Did lots of leg days pre-hab conditioning before surgery.

Now - one week after. 1 one degree away from straight. Able to bend the new knee to 83 eighty three degrees.

Mostly Tylenol and aspirin for pain. Have not thrown the Oxy away but have not needed oxy in the last 48 hours. Icing six times per day and always after PT

Eager to move on to more challenging rehab and longer walks.

My wife and I are moving to San Diego from the bay area. Is there a club near an ocean beach with showers and lockers ?

I currently swim in the bay both summer and winter. The Dolphin Club is right on the aquatic park in SF and has a sauna and showers for the post swim transition. Anything similar near an ocean beach in San Diego ?
