Do I need a stylus/needle or something else

I don’t know a ton about my record player, but I am sad after moving to a new house that it isn’t working. It looks like the needle is broken off. Any ideas what I need to fix? The record player is a Pioneer PL-600 I picked up a few years ago. It was beat up when I bought it but sounds great when it works.

How much should it cost to extend YES warranty?

I’m looking at a 2024 Yamaha 255 FSH Sport H with less than 100 hours on it. The extended YES warranty runs out in January 2027. The dealer that has the boat on consignment has offered to extend the warranty 2-3 years but the prices seems high. Any idea what it should cost?
