We all saw the news about the NCLT slamming them yesterday for their last-minute legal gymnastics with lessors. I dont think they will be able to convince all of the lessors to settle tbh. I think they are shutting down this week for sure. I feel so bad for all the employees who arent getting paid by this stupid airline. Heard some folks are waiting for over 4 months now. How are they legally allowed to function with no consequences while getting free labor. Crazy stuff. anyways I though of posting this to get y'all take on it? As long as they have dubai rights they might interest some party to fund them but I dont think thats possible anymore at this point. Good to have some backup plans for those who fly with them (thankfully not me, phew). Thoughts.

Looking for some advice from anyone who's dealt with Harvey Norman extended warranties or Dyson warranty claims.

I bought a Dyson Big Ball vacuum from Harvey Norman about 1.5 years ago and purchased the extended warranty, which is valid until November this year.

The vacuum worked perfectly for the first year, but recently it has started developing an issue where it will run normally for a few minutes (sometimes around 5 minutes) and then suddenly stop working. After a while it may start working again, but the problem keeps happening.

A few questions:

1. Should I take it back to Harvey Norman or contact Dyson directly?
2. Am I better off asking for a repair, replacement, or refund?
3. What are the chances of getting a replacement instead of a repair?
4. Has anyone had experience claiming under a Harvey Norman extended warranty for a Dyson vacuum?

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all, I recently applied for the Qantas Premier Platinum credit card but my ID verification failed during the online application, so I called them to sort it out, and they told me they can see all my documents attached and can see that all details match but can’t manually verify or override the application because the system has automatically rejected the verification but application is not declined but rejected due to it, which honestly doesn’t make sense to me if everything is already there and visible, so I’m a bit confused and frustrated, has anyone else experienced this before with Qantas or NAB cards, and were you able to get it resolved?
