Guy walked into our restaurant (centre street by firehouse) tonight around 6.30 (dinner rush) thru our back door and went downstairs to our employee area and stole over $2k in stuff. Normally we would have had a prep guy downstairs who would have noticed but they were off today and during dinner we were all hands on deck upstairs. On camera he also tried going into the neighboring restaurants back door but their kitchen is right there.
