guys need your opinion

I got 97.4 this year. 12th got pretty messed up because of really bad mental health and sicknesses, bad coaching experiences and lack of accountability, guidance. So i have a few doubts-

  1. Will you guys join a coaching? I have most of the syllabus completed, but I still have some conceptual gaps (and I lacked practice in 12th too).
  2. How will you solve your doubts? Doubt support is one of the biggest things I’m worried about. This was something offline coaching handled pretty easily.
  3. Mentorship/guidance? I was thinking of getting one of those mentorship programs by IITian YouTubers. Are they mostly scams? I genuinely feel like I need proper guidance including nonacademic stuff, because my teachers gave ass advice  ( big institute tho💀) I was confused most of the time.

help from seniors please

I got 97.4 this year and I’m pretty sure I want to take a drop.

12th got pretty messed up because of really bad mental health and sicknesses, bad coaching experiences and lack of accountability, guidance. I’d really appreciate advice from people who genuinely improved in their drop year 🙏

  1. Did you join offline coaching in your drop year? I have most of the syllabus completed, but I still have some conceptual gaps (and I lacked practice in 12th too). More than that, I feel like I need offline coaching for mainly test series and because it might help in the next 3 points.
  2. How did you solve doubts? I get a shit ton of doubts daily, and doubt support is one of the biggest things I’m worried about. This was something offline coaching handled pretty easily.
  3. Mentorship/guidance. Iwas thinking of getting one of those mentorship programs by IITian YouTubers. Are they mostly scams? I genuinely feel like I need proper guidance including nonacademic stuff, because my teachers gave ass advice  ( big institute tho💀) I was confused most of the time.
  4. Accountability. I don’t really have any dropper friends or friends aiming seriously like this. Is there any good way to find a focused group or people to stay accountable with?I don’t really plan on being active on Reddit or Telegram during drop year 😭 but as a last resort I might have to.

I just want to try this year without feeling like I'm constantly on survival mode. Thankyou for any kind of help.

I’m starting yoga nidra for my mental + emotional health, and also to work with Sankalpa (intentions).

The idea of rewiring patterns and planting new ones feels powerful, but I’m also lowkey skeptical 😭

A lot of the videos online (especially western YouTubers ) don’t feel very authentic or grounded to me. No offence to the creators, I am sure they help alot of people, but some of it feels more like NSDR/relaxation content than actual traditional yoga nidra.

I don’t have access to a teacher or guru right now, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually reliable for me.

If anyone has genuinely good yoga nidra videos/recordings/ websites recommendations please share.
