Found in creek near kettle river in South Okanagan, British Columbia

I managed to snag a good deal on a little jeep and wanted to check out if it was ok for the kiddos. Very surprised to find that both gearboxes seem to have screws that aren’t fully seated. The top screws are also loose. Is this by design or a problem?
