Pet parents, would you want portraits with/of your pets (BLR only)

Hi fellow pet parents,

I’m a professional photographer recovering from a corporate burn out — and started taking pictures of my pets and my family.

I’m looking to do some more portraits of families and their furry friends,

I’m offering free pet portraits in my home studio in Bangalore!

Any takers?

Doctor threatening to file case against me for a negative (but true and factual) Google review

I have been consulting a doctor for fertility treatment at an healthcare chain based in Bangalore, where I had a negative experience with the doctor because she failed to give clear directives on an ongoing treatment and behaved unprofessionally during an in-person consultation.

When I pointed out that we were not provided the right and adequate information which led us to wasting a work day, having to go to several other facilities to get a diagnostic scan, the doctor claimed that she was right, even though her instructions were vague and unspecific. She yelled at me on a phone call and made harsh and unwarranted comments.

Later, during the consult, she refused to acknowledge my presence or address any of my questions directly, and spoke only to my husband. She also made some mocking comments when I asked about the viability of the pregnancy.

Immediately after the consultation, I complained to the administration staff about her rude behaviour, and also provided feedback on the official as well as social channels.

I got a call from the administrative staff today, during which I explained that the doctor had not provided specific instructions on her voice note or in her clinic prescription. I explained the entire history of events to him. At the end of the conversation, when I stood my ground he said the doctor is thinking of filing a legal case against me regarding the Google review.

But I have not made false claims or generalizations. My review was bounded to my experience with her. I also have preserved proof of the communications where she has not been specific in her instructions earlier.

So, I said told him she can go ahead and do it if she wishes to.

I want legal advice on how to proceed with this:

- The clinic/doctor does not have any evidence regarding her claim of being factually correct. I’m worried they will create some nuisance case in order to strong arm me.

- what kind of lawyer should I engage regarding such cases?

- is there a provision to file a counter claim for being strong armed by the healthcare chain for leaving an honest and factually correct review ? Do I not have the right to express my experience on her conduct?
