Issue with New Driver
I picked up the RIDGID 18V 2-Tool Combo Kit with Drill/Driver, Impact Driver, Batteries & Charger (Model # R92721) from Home Depot Canada in about January of this year. I was using the driver other day and it just stopped working. I thought it was the battery. I changed to another battery and it the same thing happened. If I use the test battery button when connected to this driver, nothing happens. At first I though I had 2 dead batteries and tried another, same thing.
I cannot get this to work at all, any tips, anybody seen this before? What do I do? There is barely any scuffs on it too, my last one lasted me at least 12 years, I only got a new set because I broke the chuck on the drill trying to mix mortar with it.
