I played Labyrinth ( on paper ), bead guessing game ( using gemini since we didn't have a refree), poker ( he won 8/10 matches ), and the best one of all, Drop the handkerchief ( we altered rules a bit so that if check are failed, your squandered time is 40 seconds and first one to reach 5 min loses ).

Drop the handkerchief :

I lost the first game badly.

during the second game, somewhere in between, it was his time to check, i thought of a random time to drop and decided that I was going to drop at 13th second. At the 12th second, I was just about to drop. And he said "you are about to drop it, don't you?" ( It felt like attached image from my POV ) I froze and missed the 13th second mark, then thought since last second drops are rare, let's drop last second. He checked at the last second, and his squandered time was " 1 second ".

For context, we are twins so we know too much about each other. But somehow, he always ends up outsmarting me every single time.

After some time, he told me he was going to instantly drop. I thought about it for a while and thought he was lying. I checked at the last second, and my squandered time was 59 seconds. That was the moment I accepted my defeat.

I lost badly in the second game too, he then told me that, with how I am now, i won't be able to defeat him even I enternity. He told me I am meticulously Trying to win, trying to removing errors, trying to being balanced. He told me i you don't even trust yourself. You are like sutegama, even if I tell you what I am going to do, you won't listen. Deep down, i couldn't accept my defeat. I complained that this game is random, he asked me " then how did I win 2 times with this margin? ". This game wasn't random at all. There is always a clear winner and it is decided before playing the game.

Being called sutegama is a compliment but not at that time, i hated the fact that he was correct.

I told him to face me one last time, he agreed.

He was always academically ahead of me, i tried to compete but he was somehow always better than me. It would have been less frustrating if he tried his best to be ahead of me. He never took me seriously, it was true that he didn't even have to work hard to beat me. It annoyed me to my core because I was trying my best to overtake him and he was giving me false hope by not being ahead of me by much.

( It's common among twins to be frustrated with their twin because they think they are high enough because of their twin )

And in this game, the winner was decided within the first round. I instant checked and he instant dropped too so I got only 1 second of squandered time. And he got 40 seconds.

At some point in time. It was his time to check and he was only 34 seconds away from reaching 5 mins. And I was 20 seconds away. It was his time to check, before he sat, i told him I was going to instant drop.

From his POV, he knew that this win mattered to me so he thought I must be lying and I was going to drop somewhere between 10-15 seconds or 30-40 seconds. He was correct that this win mattered to me, but our definition of win was different. My victory would be to evolve and prove him wrong.

Time ticked aa 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, he checked at 43rd second. The handkerchief was already on the floor. His squandered time was "43 second". He was in disbelief because there wasn't a single time, I have outsmarted him.

It felt nice being ahead of him for once.

I know you thought it is very cringe while reading this. I know you are right. But I am a kid. I am allowed to be cringe.

Try playing Drop the handkerchief with your friend/sibling. It feels so pressuring when it's your time to check.

this series is heavily underrated. Those who have read it will definitely describe it as the peak of manga ( which is true )

11/10 things about this series :

1. Writing ( not a single reader will refuse that writing is top tier )

2. Action ( the fights are genuinely so choreographed and cool af )

3. Antagonist ( i have never seen a better antagonist then what this series has.. me naam nhi lunga aap google kar lena 😚)

4. Art ( even though, it's art is not that good in starting, later on it gets so good, I included a random panel )

5. Protagonist ( depth of baku is insane )

6. Characters in general

Honorable mention : Vincent Lalo my goat 💎 ( he's kira yoshikage but with a different fetish 😭 )

Although it's a series about mind games and sh*t, so be ready for that if you are interested.

The edit was on YouTube shorts and was probably named "surpassing the peak". I watched that edit so many times and was the reason i started usogui.. it had this song ( back to black by amy winehouse ) . And the first image of the was >!hal and baku facing each other in front of the obelisk!< the edit is probably privated. That's why I can't see it. I tried to find it. I searched my history. My all liked shorts. The edit didn't had smooth transitions. The edit means so much to me.. to anyone reading this. Do you remember seeing the edit or do you have it? Please share the edit with me if you have it. Any help is appreciated.

The image attached is from a youtube video but the first and second concept is not from the video. The stand in the attached image is exactly how I imagine stone free evolved will look like in my head.. ( it could have a little less purple but okay )

Concept 1:

Stone free can change the material and temperature and some other physical properties of her threads and can also control the width to some extent. The reason it is quite powerful in the hands of a smart fighter like jolyne is that she can always find a way to maximise this. For example, it can be used in scenarios like:

1. A stand user she can't defeat in power. She can lure him and when the user is chasing her she can make thin sharp steel wire covered with glass powder and place it horizontally at neck level or can make a huge net like structure so that the user has no way to chase her because it's too sharp for enemy stand users to cut in any way

2. Can be used like spiderman by using thick golden orb spider's silk and can make the end sticky.

3. Can cover herself in strong armor for defense if needed.

4. Many many other ways possible..

Concept 2: any person / animal / living being she hit with her stand can be controllable upto a fixed range { because inside them and thier brain, her stand is using them like puppets on a string } and can even control complex things like speaking if she is controlling 2 or 3 people at max ( i couldnt think of a limit so please suggest better limits ).

The simpler the being, the more and better she can control.

She could push the person's / being's physical limit by like 2x or 3x but ofcourse it comes with things like fatigue and permanent damages ( she can't use this boost on herself )

She can use their stand only and only if she knows about the stand name or has seen it in person and can only use abilities of that stand if she knows about it or has heard about it or seen it or experienced it. She can't boost a stand's physical power.

Also if she has the wrong idea about how that stand works or misinterprets the abilities of that stand, she can't use that ability.

What are your thoughts on this, and how could I improve this. You can also suggest ( even in brief ) if you have a stone free evolution concept.

Note: this evolution is not requiem.
