So, for context, my Ring camera glitches out for no reason. My Wi-Fi is strong, and my chime is working well. That honestly messed me up and made me seriously consider switching. I know people might say to switch to the E340, but I don't have that much right now. I'll go from the cheapest to the best model just to see how it goes, but honestly, is it better because I see it has pre-roll?

So as of now, I have a Ring Doorbell Battery with a Chime Pro, and my only issue is I keep missing people who go in and out of the elevator. Will switching to the Pro be worth it? People are already complaining about it on Amazon.
