Aspartame and headaches?

I'm a month into keto. I know some say not to use any artificial sweeteners, but I'm in the position I'm in to go on keto in the first place bc I was addicted to soda. I can't just go no flavor overnight. Anyway, I've been drinking one diet coke (Coke zero tastes awful to me) and several glasses of crystal light every day. I've had a terrible headache for 3 days now that won't go away. I'm new to aspartame, and wondering if anyone else experienced headaches with aspartame?

Need encouragement! The scale has gone UP 2.5 lbs recently, even though I'm definitely staying perfect on my macros, I weigh and measure and log every single thing I eat, in a calorie deficit, and intermittent fasting at least 14-16 hrs every day.

Female 5'2", SW 150 (all fat, no muscle). I've been strict keto, plus calorie def plus intermittent fasting for just a hair under one month. I lost 7 lbs which showed up consistently every day the last week (week 4). Just today it says I weigh 2.5 lbs more than I did the last 4 days. How does this happen? I'm not being delusional and eating more than I think. I have a food scale and measure and log literally everything.

Today was so hard, y'all! But I made it through! First day of school as a teacher at a small private school, and so many parents brought in donuts, bagels, and all sorts of bakery goods....

...and I didn't touch any of it! OMG the smell of the donuts almost killed me! But I didn't touch any of it! I'm only at the end of my 3rd week of keto. Staying the course was extra hard today, but I hope it will all be worth it eventually.

I made the MOST DELICIOUS homemade chicken quesadillas! Sharing my recipe, which will be easy for even novice cooks!

I bought boneless chicken thighs, Badia taco seasoning (which was in the "ethnic" section of my grocery store in GA, although I've also made my own before in bulk from a recipe I found on Pinterest, but the Badia turned out delicious, too!) and pepper jack and sharp cheddar block cheese, and Mission Zero Net Carbs tortillas. I cut the chicken up into little bite sized chunks and sprinkled liberally with the taco seasoning, leaving for about 30 minutes in the fridge. Added to a hot pan with a tbsp. grapeseed oil, and cooked, stirred, and cooked for about 7-8 minutes. The chicken rendered it's juice and fat, and there ended up being liquid in the pan, but it kept the meat very juicy! Then between two tortillas, I put 4oz. chicken, with 1.5 oz. of pepper jack and 1.5 oz of sharp cheddar that I grated myself (avoid pre-grated as it contains starch), and browned on each side. Ate it with lots of sour cream (approximately 4 tbsp.) The meat was so juicy and tasty! Literally better than any chicken quesadilla I've ever purchased anywhere. I am what I would consider a completely average cook (at best) and I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed this dish. I'll be eating it on repeat until I'm sick of it, lol. Altogether, 30 g. protein, 23 g. fat, 2 g. (net) carbs from the sour cream.

What's the best place for grocery shopping on a budget in Marietta (near Delk Rd./Powers Ferry area).

People keep telling me that Publix is more expensive, but the 1 liter selter I get is .29 more and the juice I get is .45 more at Kroger! Is Aldi good for budget shopping in this economy? It seems like everything is outrageously expensive now. I'm really trying to avoid going to Walmart. The one near me. (Terrell Mill/Cobb Pkwy) is just awful.

New to CGM and it keeps giving me low glucose alerts (I've had no less than 6 today) but when I test with my blood with a regular GM it's totally fine!

I put it on this morning (first time using). It's a Freestyle Libre 3 Plus. I tested with a regular GM because I didn't feel like I was low. It's given me readings as low as 52, but the GM says I'm anywhere from 97-110. Has anyone else had this problems? Google AI says it's because I just put it on and I have to give it 12-24 hours?

Labia irritation and "rash"?

So my entire area all the way to the anus is always irritated and sore. I spoke to my gyn about it and she prescribed vaginal estrogen cream. It hasn't helped at all, and I spoke with her again about it at my yearly, and she said she could visibly see the redness and irritation, and told me to only use the cream 2x per week and that maybe it was caused by using it too much (even though I experienced it before the cream was ever prescribed in the first place!). I've made sure not to get body wash anywhere near the area, have switched toilet papers several times, and nothing helps! I have even tried using diaper cream (dries the area out too much and is uncomfortable) and now I'm using coconut oil, but honestly it never improves. Any ideas? I'm on the lowest dose Dotti patch and oral progesterone and have been for 3 years.

Edited to add: It is not lichen sclerosus! She looked specifically for that. Also, I don't experience any itching, it's just soreness/redness like an abrasion or something.

Any good radio shows on local radio stations?

Back in the 2000's I really loved the AM radio shows like Coast to Coast (Rest in Peace Art Bell, but I read that George Noory still does the show) and Phil Hendry did a hilarious comedy show every night. I recently moved back to the metro Atlanta area, and I cannot find any good radio shows! Also really miss Fox 97 the oldies station! It seems like radio has gotten really crappy. I know I can listen to podcasts, but I'd like a show on local radio so I can get updates on local issues as well. Edit: I should specify that I DO NOT want to listen to political talk shows.

3 loud screams off of powers Ferry around 8:45pm, followed about 15 minutes later by police sirens.

I live off of Powers Ferry near Tuxedo, and I was sitting on my screened in porch. Around 8:50 I heard three loud, blood curdling screams. At first it sounded like a man, but by the 3rd one I thought it might be a large animal. I thought maybe a large dog was being attacked by a coyote or something. About 15 minutes later I heard a squad car doing intermittent sirens coming from the same area. Just wondering if anyone else in the area heard it or knows what it could have been?

Oven advice please! Everything burns on the bottom!

I live in an apartment that has an electric oven. I've already noticed that it runs a bit hot, and was overcooking/burning things quickly, so I adjust down ~ 25-50 degrees fahrenheit when baking. But everything will be ever so lightly browned on top and burned on the bottom. It happens with everything I cook! Is it the aluminum foil I use when baking cookies and croissants and biscuits? The metal pans? The fact that the heat comes from below? Is there anything I can do about this?

I have SIBO (Small intestine bacteria overgrowth) and I'm thinking about going back on keto to cure myself of that, as it will starve the bad bacteria with no sugars and carbs to feed it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has used keto to remedy SIBO and what your experience was like.
