My Ritalin brand name is worse than my generic?

My doc recently switched me to brand name Ritalin by Sandoz to see if it would be more consistent/effective than my previous generics (KVKTech) and it’s honestly been worse. Same dose of 15mg but the name brand makes me feel sad and this feeling of doom for absolutely no reason. On the generics, I felt calm focused and in a great mood. Now it’s the opposite? I thought brand name was supposed to be the best? I paid soooo much for it as well. What’s everyone’s experience with sandoz or brand name in general? Any tips ?

Ritalin to Adderall help..

I was on Ritalin, 30mg 10x3 a day and it was some what helpful but I still struggled with controlling my thoughts and executive dysfunction. My doc recently switched me to IR Adderall 10mg. It helped my mind be more quiet but still didn’t help with the executive dysfunction. I also didn’t experience a crash so I thought maybe the dose was too low. Today we did 20mg and I felt motivated for about 5 minutes and then boom out of no where I got super sad and felt sooooo down. I went from sitting at my desk ready to study to back in my bed with this dark cloud feeling. I never experienced this on Ritalin and I didn’t know how to feel. I literally couldn’t do anything the rest of the day, I even drank a lot of water and ate 2 meals to try and see if it helped but nopeeee. I remember my doc did say we could try vyvanse. What do yall think? Any comments, concerns ?
