This isn’t who I used to be

Smth bizarre has happened to me recently I get into a rage, I’m turning into an aggressive person and almost everything irritates me Nevertheless, I don’t notice it until it’s over. I’ve NEVER been like this.

Idk if I’m worried about certain things and this is just how I’m letting it out or if I’m lacking certain vitamins or something

I didn’t get the answer I needed I want something that might actually work.

quick question

English and Translation major

I honestly don’t know much about what it’s really like. If you’re majoring in it or have already graduated I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Was it difficult? What were the biggest challenges?
Is there anything you wish you had known before starting?

Any tips or honest opinions would be greatly appreciated

Every. Single. Day.

I’ve been dealing with so much stress this year, and all I’m asking for is a little peace during my downtime. Instead
my teenage siblings act like they have to scream at the
top of their lungs every freaking day.

I’ve talked to them a million times. I’ve asked nicely. I’ve gotten mad. I’ve warned them over and over. They just don’t care they never really do

I’m using earplugs but I can still hear them slamming things aroundthey don’t block out all the pounding and banging.

It just keeps happening over and over again

What else am I supposed to do?

What’s the best way to level up my English?

I’d say I already have a good grasp of English but I know I’ve still got a long way to go. build my vocab get better at speaking pretty much everything.

I’ve tried online games and they actually helped a ton but it never really stuck.. I also gave language exchange apps a shot but it’s mostly people way older than me so the vibe’s kinda off Lowkey feels impossible to find native English speakers around my age who are actually down to talk consistently unless they’re already your friends.
So how’d you guys get fluent?
What actually worked for u?
