Absolutely insane "modern chess" game at the Abu Dhabi Chess Festival
After 13 moves, Black has all his pieces home, has played almost all his moves with pawns, and has basically exposed his king permanently but the engines think he's better. My first instinct was to give away pawns just to open the position by force but even that doesn't work and it's white who gets ripped to shreds instead. The engine suggests black has room for even more pawn moves and doesn't need to hurry with his development! e.g 14. d4?! dxe4 15.Qa4 exf3! 16. Rxf3 g4?!. Makes zero logical sense to me but i guess that's modern chess

The sitting Vice President and high-flying SoS cannot cobble together a 2/3 majority in prediction markets despite having the joint blessing of MAGA Jesus.
The fact that Rubio and Vance who clearly have Trump's blessing to be his heirs are not a joint lock for the nomination is crazy to me. Only possible explanation is the market is pricing in a substantial Dubya-style toxic exit for Trump where the party will turn away from him.
