Can anyone provide a measurement for me?

I have some steel legion that I know are recasts that are smaller than the legit ones I have. I have some vostroyans but am not sure if they are legit. Can anyone provide a height measurement on a couple models so I can try to figure out if mine are legit? My sergeants seem especially small compared to the rest of the riflemen. Minicompare says they should be 34-36mm from top of base to top of hat

Does anyone know where I can buy a sheet of decals with this tallarn logo? I'm looking to put one on the shoulder of each of my guardsmen and a couple larger ones on each vehicle. Thanks!
