I just got one and I might return it. I know it’s a great instrument but the basic sound seems harsh. I’ve tried starting init patches and found the raw sound thin. Also, these factory presets aren’t helping. They mostly sound harsh as well.
Any insight on how to mitigate this would be helpful. Thanks.
I’m looking forward to playing it. I’ve played GTA since PS1. But I’ll be honest. I’ve been watching the trailers again and saw the images. The graphics look amazing. No doubt. However, I’m getting ready for it to just be good. And we might end up missing the writing days of GTAV. The satire was so sharp then. We’ll see. I’m hoping the writers nailed it and that I’ll regret any doubts at all. Keeping my expectations in check might just help me a bit.
There’s no difference between the two now, right? Am I correct that they both have the same features? Only the white comes with a microphone? I only ask because I sometimes see the white Vocoder Edition listed for $50 more. Thanks in advance.
I tried listening to this album a few times but could not get into it. Mainly because I haven’t been as into Jarre’s work after Oxygene 7-13. Finally gave it another try. Very enjoyable. I kind of wish he hadn’t attached the Equinoxe name to it as it doesn’t feel all that connected to the original. I wonder if it had been called something else, I might’ve been more open to it. Anyone else like this album?
