SES ECQs and two page resume - anyone done it yet?
I'm applying to an SES position as a non-SES. This means I have to provide responses to 5 ECQs and 2 TCQs along with two decades of experience in two pages. Any advice for doing this? Are there any formatting rules?

I'm down to 2.5 pages but feel like almost everything left is needed and I'm already stripping stuff out.

Need shoes suggestions for summer office wear
I'm going crazy trying to find shoes. I work in a government office with a general business casual rule but you'll find people in anything from untucked polo and tennis shoes to full suits.
I used to trend towards casual but I'm spending more time with leadership and need to dress up a bit. My typical dress is cotton button down and chinos, maybe a linen tie, maybe a blazer.
I'm looking for smart casual shoes to rotate in. I have some dark brown boots and picking up some sand suede boots. But looking for something else. Would espadrilles be crazy? It's loafer adjacent but I'm not sure I'm feeling leather loafers.

Can I see your windshield sensor? Need a sanity check.
Had to have my windshield replaced and the sensor is very off center. Was this always the case and I never noticed or did my shop screw this up. Pic looking from the outside. 2022 OR.
Edit: Seems like this is normal. Thanks. I had a number of issues with the install and needed to make sure this wasn't one.

Not noticing any aim assist?
PS5 with stock controller.
I simply do not see any aim assist. Is it just because I'm so ass that aim assist can't help? Or is there something I'm missing?

Sunroof glass shattered, where to find replacement?
Woke up this am to shattered sunroof glass. How it happened is a mystery. Looking online, replacement seems easy but all I can find is $700 glass from Toyota dealerships. Anyone replaced their sunroof glass? Where did you find the actual glass?
