Is cycling permitted in Palmer Park? Not the velodrome in the middle, but the path that runs around the perimeter. Seems like a good spot to grind out some miles without worrying about terrain or traffic, but I couldn’t find a definitive answer online.

If it is pedestrian only, are there are any similar spots where I could do laps away from traffic?

Went down shortly after midnight. First major outage I’ve had in a while, the first two weeks was a bit rough but it’s otherwise been fine until now.

Edit: came back up at 11am. Nearly 12 hours!
