My return was received on 3/19 and I'm still waiting on my refund. For context, my return is very simple: one source of income (w-2), standard deduction and alimony. I've been reviewing my transcript and review my copy of the return and I noticed something that might be holding up my refund. I didn't put anything in box 25a (tax withheld from a W-2) but entered the amount from box 2 of my w-2 in 25d (where 25a-c are summed). Looking at my transcripts it has zero for federal tax withheld and the correct amount for estimated tax payments. Do I need to file an amendment to correct the entry for 25a?
