Just was curious if y’all think is partho or if she held onto sperm from the breeder I got her from.
Also, any tips to keeping the babies? Should i separate them ASAP or once their enclosure is definitely too small? Any general tips would be helpful I’d like to give them a fighting chance (they seem to be healthy so far however)
EDIT: Never owned baby cresties, any tips and tricks to taking care of them until theyre bigger? Is the temp enclosure okay for two of them for now or should I separate them ASAP?
I got Cheesy poof about three months ago and I have her on a bioactive set up (which is why I’m thinking I can’t find their eggs). She still has her tail, and I come home and see a tail by itself in the corner of her enclosure from across the room.
Naturally, I get kind of bummed out, and go to check her out to make sure she’s okay. NOPE! Just a whole ass baby. I only found one at first and figured she must’ve ate the other or just the one hatched. NOPE again! Hidden behind the enclosure background lo and behold baby 2.
I feel like a 1500s parent I’m too scared to name them yet but they’ve made it for a week so far! Does anyone have any tips for babies vs adult cresties?
