so the song quite literally scratches my brain with the vibe with it idk how to say it for the past couple of years and is there like songs like it with the same thing idk how to word it

i was playing minecraft and my pc had slowed down so i windows shift ctrl b to reset my drivers and it works but it keeps happening when i have certain apps open such as prism launcher which is a minecraft launcher so i installed another version of it multimc and i didn't get the same issue until recently and i had reset my pc awhile ago and its still on a fresh install any tips?

tldr: certain apps makes my pc go to 144 fps to 1 fps and win shift ctrl b fixes it temp
