17F Any tips on how to improve my style? It mostly consists of baby tees baggy jeans and some tight tops, also not even sure I have like a specific name to my style or anything, so it’s hard to find inspo 💔

I've noticed that after a bad day or after something bad happens, or really just anything that would lead to me warning to relapse, I get this weird achy almost yearning feeling in the area where I cut?
(More specifically my arm) It's almost like an itch that only cutting can scratch. Just wondering if anybody else experiences this?
