Started reading Avarana By SLB

I am 40 pages into the novel, why does it feel like it's going to be just Hindu ideology vs Muslim ideology.

is it like this the whole book or is it something more?

I have read Gruhabhanga and moved me so much emotionally, I am looking for a similar experience.

Although there is a valid point made by SLB in the start

is religion or caste more important than your own child, I totally get this point, tbh i am going through something very similar in my personal life.

I believe hindu ideology isn't based on discrimination of caste or religion or discrimination against widows or women, but that is the sad reality. People of perceived Hindu ideology into this very biased, discriminative thing.

Not able to sign into Amazon App

I am not able to login into amazon, i am getting an error

"the specific device cannot be authenticated",

has anyone else using Nothing 4a Pro have faced this issue?

i tried to uninstall and install again, tried a few fixes.

It is still the same, I am thinking about factory reset.

Finished reading Chidambara Rahasya

Finally after months of break and a month of reading

i completed reading chidambara rahasya by Tejaswi.

I didn't like it as much as I like Karvalo or Jugari Cross, yet it was a good read to get me out of my reading slump.

The issues discussed in this book are relavant still to this day.

While it might be focused on a rural backdrop, castism and communal issues are problems in urban sectors as well.

I liked the discussion about fate, is it pre-determined or do we have the free will.

The book tries to discuss a lot of issues like castism, communal riots, politics, depletion of nature amongst several other things.

All in all, it was a good read but I like Karvolo and Jugari Cross much better than this.

Have you guys read Chidambara Rahasya, what are your thoughts on this book ?

4 YOE Dev switching jobs — Frontend or Full Stack for SDE2?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working as a full stack developer in an edtech company for the last 4 years, and I’m planning to switch because my role has started feeling stagnant.

Even though I’ve worked across the stack, my stronger expertise and interest has always been frontend engineering.

Over the years, I’ve mostly worked in smaller teams where I had to handle a bit of everything, so I’m confused about how I should position myself in the current market.

Given the current hiring climate and the rise of AI-assisted development.

Should I market myself as a Frontend Engineer or a Full Stack Developer for SDE2 roles?

Does being “generic full stack” hurt positioning nowadays?

Would companies value deeper frontend expertise more?

Would really appreciate honest inputs from people hiring/interviewing in today’s market, especially in product companies/FAANG-level companies.

Thanks!
