I was reading the reviews for this restaurant and noticed that some people left 1 and 2 star reviews simply because there’s no tipping option.
But according to other reviewers, a 15% gratuity is already included in the bill so customers are still paying 15% anyway. Oh, and one person even said to bring cash if you want to leave an additional tip.
This is a restaurant in Ontario, Canada, where servers are paid the regular minimum wage of $17.60 an hour.
It’s honestly crazy to me that some people think the servers are being treated badly because they don’t get paid extra on top of their regular wages just for bringing food and drinks to the table. Mind-blowing.

So I got this message today from a sub I’ve never posted or commented in before. I don’t even remember the last time I checked the subreddit. Does anyone know how this even happens?
Edited to add: I soaked it overnight, tried putting it in the freezer and used a ribbon to try to pull the paddle out but nothing worked. I contacted the seller and she kindly refunded me. I don’t know how long she had been using the bread machine but she said she’d never removed the paddle since she bought it. I think I’ll just buy a brand new bread machine instead. Thank you everyone so much for your suggestions!
I bought this bread maker on Facebook Marketplace but the kneading paddle is completely stuck on the shaft.
I’ve already tried soaking it in boiling water and using a zip tie to pull it out but it won’t budge at all.
Is this a serious problem or is it still safe to use? Should I ask the seller for a refund?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
