Need advice about getting full mod permissions

Sorry for the long post! I hope someone can answer my questions.

On April 30, I became a mod by submitting a request through r/redditrequest because the mods listed as inactive never responded when I tried contacting them.

I don’t have full permissions so I’m unable to remove spam posts and comments.

I made a post here asking how to get full permissions and was told to contact the admins.

I contacted the admins on April 30 and on May 7 I received a reply saying I needed to reach out to the mods and ask them to grant me full permissions. I was also told to submit a top mod removal request which I did but then I was told I have to wait 3 months before making that request.

I’ve contacted the mods twice but haven’t heard back from either of them and I can’t even find the messages I sent.

So my questions are:

• Has anyone successfully received full mod permissions even though they had only been a mod less than 3 months?

• Is it normal for it to take almost 2 weeks just to get one reply from the admins?

• Does anyone know why I can’t find the messages I sent?

Thank you!

Hi, I'm a new moderator.  We currently have 2 inactive mods whose permissions are set to "Everything," while mine are limited to Users, Config, Flair, Mail, and Wiki.

I've been trying to remove off-topic posts but when I click the "it's Spam" or "No Specific Reason" option, I get the error "Something went wrong when trying to remove this post/comment."

Is my limited permissions the reason I can't remove posts?

Thank you.
