Starting with LinkedIn Marketing - Where should I begin?

Hi everyone, I am just starting with B2B marketing and LinkedIn seems to be the go-to platform.

I am quite unsure as to where to begin as it feels like a segment which is very unknown to me. I plan to start with understanding how to set LinkedIn ads but where should I go from there?

Grateful for help and any advice!

B2B Marketing for Cybersecurity company in DACH

Hi, everyone! I recently started for a cybersecurity startup and have been tasked to look into marketing activities. B2B marketing is a completely new field so I'm pretty lost, esp bc I am supposed to deliver content in German which I have very limited knowledge of.

I'm looking into reel-based informational content in LinkedIn but I'm unsure because honestly, the competitive landscape doesn't have great engagement at all. Overall, it looks pretty dire.

Looking for suggestions as to where to start -- how do u decide on platforms, content type and drive engagement in a b2b setting?

Thanks from a b2b noob!

How to deregister from old employer where I didn't start working?

Hello,

I'm a student ( a third country national) . I got a work permit approved for employer A in service but right after that, i got an internship offer so i didnt join employer A and they didn't register me at Oegk insurance either.

I then applied for my new work permit for employer B and employer B received a letter saying that I am registered under employer A. When I emailed AMS, they said I need to add the OeGK document which shows the de-registration.

I have the OGK document which shows that i have always been on self-insurance and my employer B has emailed that to AMS. Would that be enough?

what should i do in this case? I appreciate all the advice. Thanks!

Hii everyone! Need your two cents

I landed a paid internship in an early stage startup (after 100s of applications). It's gonna start from June and initially be less hours and increase in summer when I'm on a break from studies.

The internship is being funded by a different agency and they want it to be "minimum 28,5 hours per week" in the contract but AMS will not approve 28,5 hours for me.

How to communicate to AMS that yes, the work contract says 28,5 hours per week but that will be more like "average 28,5 hours per week" so the extra "8,5 hours" during June will be covered in the latter summer months when I'm allowed to work more.

Quite lost so idk what to do and I don't wanna let go of this opportunity after hundreds of rejections

Work contract has 28 hours while I can work 20 hours in June as a 3rd country national, what to do?

Hii everyone! Need your two cents 🙏

I landed a paid internship in an early stage startup (after 100s of applications). It's gonna start from June and initially be less hours and increase in summer when I'm on a break from studies.

The internship is being funded by the government and they want it to be "minimum 28,5 hours" in the contract but AMS will not approve 28,5 hours for me.

The employer is okay with writing 20 hours in the AMS application for it get approved.

However, I looked up the process and it seems like I may not need the contract for AMS but I'll need it for OGK and RP extension (due in late August).

Will the discrepancy hurt? Any other workarounds that's coming to your minds?

Quite lost so idk what to do and I don't wanna let go of this opportunity after hundreds of rejections 😔
