Can anyone tell me how to get this to work? There is one button on the back that I can find. When you push it, the display comes on. When you hold it, the hour changes. But I can't figure out how to get the minutes to change. And I can't figure out how to make the display stay on, making it kind of useless as a clock. And what's with the "talking clock" name for it? I appreciate any help or ideas you can offer. Thanks.

Bought at a nursery in Granby CT and lost the tag. Google Lens and ID apps all say parsley or carrots, but I don't remember buying any vegetable plants. Just flower and foliage stuff.
