the game work full speed, ive already beaten the cerberus boss without issue. but there are certain areas where the fps drops dramatically. this includes the areas before entering cerberus location which doesnt have enemies and also when i press start menu like in the 2nd picture.
another thing is vulkan is as slow as pic 2 anywhere. anyone got experience in these??

what do you think. mine are slowly accumulating and im sure will never use them again.
so the relentless vanguard buff have different description in the class skill tree compared to the status icon while in combat. in skill tree it say +3 weapon damage and +1 crit dmg per stack. while the icon says increase in weapon crit chance and damage.
so i did a quick test. i remove any gear that adds any buff and used a sniper rifle without any offensive talent. here are the numbers with base crit dmg at 124%:
at 0 relentless: 26.8k non crit, 60k crit
at 12 relentless 26.8k non crit, 70k crit
TLDR: RELENTLESS does not give weapon damage bonus. but it confirmed give crit dmg bonus +36% crit dmg at 12 stack 3 per stack. (26.8k*[100+124+36]%=69.6k)
so i decided to lvl vanguard. but the relentless habe to separate description as shown in pics 1 and 2. this seems like a crucial distinction with significant impact to how im gonna build this class.
shouldn't my engineering increese when i summon this? but nothing happens, testedd both in and out of combat.
