Stuck with Lenovo Support, Any Advice?

Hey everyone, I need some advice or visibility on this because Lenovo India’s customer support has been an absolute nightmare.

I bought a 2023 Lenovo LOQ model back in November. Since day one, it has been a never-ending cycle of defects, hardware failures, and bugs. I have a massive, continuous service history filled with complaints from the very beginning.

To give you an idea of what I've been dealing with: * **The Screen Failure:** I had my screen replaced under the original warranty. Either the replacement screen itself was completely faulty, or the technician messed up the installation. Now, support is turning around and telling me I should have reported it sooner, claiming it will be treated as "accidental damage." * **The Fan & Thermals:** I previously raised a complaint about irregular heating. The support team just checked the temperatures remotely, told me "these temps are fine," and brushed it off. Now, that same fan has started making a horrific grinding noise, forcing me to open yet another ticket.\

I am being forced to deal with a failing laptop while their support teams try to shift the blame onto me or hide behind standard "terms and conditions" instead of honoring a replacement for what is clearly a faulty unit.

I have seen users on Reddit outside of India get generous support and swift replacements/Repairs. Why is the service quality in India so completely dismal?

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, and I feel completely stranded.Any guidance or help from you guys would mean the world to me right now.

Avoid the 2023 LOQ lineup if you are in India. The quality control is a lottery, and the support is non-existent.

Noisy Fan (Please Read Description)

I have a Lenovo LOQ 2023 (i5-12450H, RTX 3050 6GB VRAM). Recently, out of nowhere, it started making a loud fan noise. There hasn't been any accident or physical damage. I also have an extended warranty. Do you think Lenovo will help in this situation?

I know it's kind of a weird question, but I'm asking because I've had a bad experience with them before. They replaced my screen after horizontal lines suddenly appeared for no apparent reason, but the technician messed up the installation. When I complained about it, they kept saying I should have reported it sooner, and since I didn't, they were treating it as accidental damage. That experience has made me pretty skeptical because I'm worried they might do something similar again.

Honestly, I've had issues with this laptop since the beginning. In my experience, Lenovo's support has been really disappointing.
