After a week the ps5 is freezing after 15 minutes of play he raised s support ticket from sony and faced rejection for no warranty since bill is not from exclusive store.
The store guy says he will try to get it fixed but cannot guarantee if qc seal is broken later so asking me to hold few months with qc seal intact for sony to unblock no warranty and get it fixed.
