These are some of my great grandfathers’s old documents from his time mining coal in East Tennessee. Thought these might be of some interest here. He spent about 40 years working in the mines around Anderson, Morgan and Scott counties.

45, 5’11” and around 170 lbs depending on the day. I’ve lost about 25 lbs since the beginning of the year and have worked on getting my stomach flatter. I’m wondering if I should still try to cut more to lose a little more fat that’s hanging around my lower stomach and waist, or start a clean bulk to add some muscle.
