We are a small micro business (limited company - 2 directors only) and we are considering hiring a temp for 2 months for approx 12 hours per week to aid with the production of stock for the seasonal period.

We have no knowledge/experience in hiring so looking for some hand-holding advice.

Are we better to try and hire someone who is self employed (a freelancer/contractor ) who can invoice us periodically to save on the PAYE paper work/faff/costs?

What else do we need to think about/consider?

How's everyone experience been so far?

I've heard reports from our IOSS provider that many parts aren't working correctly... from being charged the 3 Euro duty extra times and at the other end customers are still being asked to pay the fee plus extra handling fees.

Has anyone had any feedback from their EU customers yet?

From our side the issue we have faced is:

• Having to making sure items are listed on one line on the custom form if they are the same HS Code, otherwise you get incorrectly charged multiple times. This has been a bit of a pain, as we sell multiple different items with the same HS Code so should only pay the fee once so we have to tweak how it's added to the custom form as a work-around.
• We are IOSS registered so pay the VAT though our IOSS partner, we have been using the correct code (MP7 for parcels) to tell RM to just bill us for the duty, but RM have still been charging us the VAT! I spoke to our account manager about it all and it's a known issue with the EU member states charging it. He said it was being sorted, that was a week ago. I haven't had an invoice since to check.

Check your invoices, it's easy to miss if they have been overcharging you.

Luke feels like a very strong leader, and I'd expect him to make a ripple in Constructed.

Both decks do a good job at showing off the new mechanics (Support and Advantage).

Which new mechanics do you think will have the most impact?

We own every version of Zombicide, but didn't back this as we decided to be 'sensible' as we still have loads to play. Regretted it but was also too late for the late pledge.

I see there was an update a few weeks ago on KS, after many many months of silence. And a lot of people asking for refunds.

Are there copies of this in the wild? I swear I saw it sat on someones shelf in a photo on Facebook.

Is it possible to use an older version of the Software? Since updating to 2.8.0.3 my prints are coming out thicker with offset white layers to CMYK. I had the settings dialed in to be great before the forced update. I want to try the previous version to see if it was the update or other factors.

I still have the previous version installed on my mac but the pop up to update comes up straight away and stops me doing anything,
