Is absolutely awful. The AI descriptions of neighborhoods and neighborhood stats is laughable. The map search function doesn't work.

Hope this might be helpful for folks considering a switch. I bought my Passport a week ago and gave up my XC90. We do a fair amount of rough road driving with a cabin in the hills and encounter a lot of snow. Volvo never had any issues but wanted something a little more rugged. Also, will need a tow package for snowmobiles come winter time which I did not have on the volvo. Here are my gripes.

I cannot stand pressing a button to put the passport in park, drive, etc. I really miss having the shifter. It was a comfort thing mostly for me to have my right hand on as I drove. I have not gotten used to that yet.

I miss the luxury of the volvo. The interior of the xc90 is just *chef's kiss.

The torque on the passport doesn't have the zip that the volvo does.

All in all I don't regret the switch but wanted to point out some of the disappointments I have had so far for folks considering the same move.

I really don't like the black lettering. Wish it was just the ash green body color instead of the black. Anyone know if it is possible to remove or is it painted on?
