Why are these cars so cheap?

I have a U.S. Uber account with Uber One. While visiting Taiwan, I discovered Uber wouldn’t let me buy a Taiwan Uber One membership on the same account, so I created a second account with a different phone number and email and purchased Uber One there.

Shortly afterward, Uber restricted my device. Support won’t tell me what Terms of Use I allegedly violated, my main account remains accessible, BUT cannot place any orders. The new account I created is completely locked out.

I also have about $50 (USD) in Uber Cash with Uber One membership on my main account and an active Uber One subscription on the Taiwan account that I can’t access to cancel.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? How did you get it resolved? Very frustrated right now. Uber’s customer service seems only available via messages, they have been useless, and I’m very frustrated right now.
