Orbit DVD vs. Arrow Video Shipping

So I've read a few horror stories about Arrow Video shipping and am currently dealing with a small issue myself... is Orbit DVD a better way to purchase Arrow Video releases in the future? Or is it kind of a crapshoot?

Just finished the show again for the first time in six years....

"Now you're like me."

God, what a show. I still think it's the most beautiful ending to a series that ever aired on television.
