How to find out which jellyfin versions can upgrade to which other ones?

As far as I understand, some jellyfin versions will break your stuff if you are running too old of a version. Currently I am running the NAS Vendor version of jellyfin which is way behind (10.10.3) and would like to make my own docker compose and upgrade to the latest stable version. However I think I may have to upgrade to some intermediate version to have it all be stable, is there a list, about which versions in between I need to get in order to get to the newest one? I have been looking around but I cant find a list of all the major breaking updates that require certain previous versions to work.

New AMD GPU wont work, I have followed all common troubleshooting steps and dont know what else to do, its just not being detected

I bought a new 9070xt from amd to upgrade from my gtx1070. Plugged it straight in, and after realizing that wouldnt work, I googled how to do it, downloaded DDU to uninstall previous drivers, booted into safe mode, uninstalled all graphics drivers and then rebooted, but nothing. No video out via the card, device doesnt show up in device manager, and amds driver install software says no amd devices detected. Im running an Intel 12600k CPU if that is important.

Other steps I have tried:
- Reinstalled windows
- Threw all the drivers out again, unplugged and uninstalled gpu and then installed it again, and rebooted, still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? Any other things that I can try?

The general advice seems to be to run this DDU thing which I have done multiple times, in safe mode as recommended, or to check if the GPU is seated properly and plugged in properly which I have also done multiple times now.

How on earth do collections work?

For something that seems like such a simple feature, its very unintuitive, and I have no idea how to get it to work. For example, I want to make a folder with all the star wars Blu Rays I have saved on my server, so I click on one of the films and press add to collection. Then it takes me to the screen in image 1. Then it makes a collection, but after that I have no Idea what to do. How do you add more films to it? Where even are collections displayed in the jellyfin UI? I cannot find any trace of them? As soon as I click out of the collection, it disappears. If I click add to collection on the next movie, it doesnt show up from the dropdown, I have to make another new collection. I can see in my jellyfin folder on the nas, that it has made a new folder called star wars content [boxset] but i dont have a box set, i just want to make a collection with all my star wars content. Do I have to add them all to the same library?

Why does it not work in a way, were you select a bunch of movies and make a collection out of them. Why does it not work, and is such a pain in the but

Ugreens dedupe feature is a disaster, it cannot reliably match files, even though that should be easy (checksum or some other method). It matches images that are completely different. Example 1 was taken with a drone and has jpg format, the other image is an olympus raw file taken a year before. There should be no way for this to match, the image looks completely different, the format and resolution is different, everything is different. The only thing that is the same is the file size which is just a crazy way to match files. For example I shoot raw on my Camera (very common) and so each file, being a uncompressed bit perfect readout of the sensor, is the exact same size. So Ugreens app thinks, there is 4000 duplicates, which are all different images, that just have the same size (by definition). I dont know how they came up with file size as a method for finding duplicates, its just baffling. I havent even checked normal files yet, just images, but for system files and other content like that it would be even more disastrous, as you will have a ton of 4kb files or something. If I select exact match, I expect it to only match files that are an exact match. Not random files that happen to be the same size. Absolutely shocking. I think if I had to come up with a way to find duplicates, the file size would be quite literally the last thing I think of using
