Logged into my account today and found all my rewards points gone. Checked the points history and there were no redemptions, so my account wasn't hacked. I contacted support and they told me how to access my account, which isn't what I asked them. Waiting for them to respond again.

Has this happened to anyone else, especially in the past few days? If so, did you get your points back? I don't even know how many points I had. The history only goes back so far.

Does anyone contact Technical Support when a sensor fails? I just remove the old sensor, insert a new one, and fill out the online form for a replacement.

I happened to notice the email says, "If you experience this issue in the future, be sure to contact the Technical Support team before removing the sensor to first assess your options."

They've never said anything about me not contacting them. Is there even anything that can be done once a sensor fails? I do contact them if there's another issue, like it not calibrating.

How long does it normally take for Google to process a Refresh Outdate Content request?

There are about 100 pages on a website (not mine) that have been updated since their last Google crawl. I submitted some of the pages using Google's tool. I received confirmation that the Search Result Refreshes were approved.

Some of the pages were recrawled and updated in Google. The other requests, some a couple weeks old, apparently haven't been processed yet, as Google still shows the old page snippets in search results.

Is this normal? Should I keep waiting or submit new requests? Any other way to do it, other than contact the site owner and ask if they will use the Inspection Tool?
